Our Deposit Policy
We require a $100 deposit to reserve your charter. We take all major credit cards and your payment is made using our Secure PayPal payment gateway.

Our  Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your deposit is 100% refundable until 48 hours before your charter. If you cancel your charter with less than 48 hrs notice, then the full charter payment will be charged to your credit card.  We will use our best efforts  to re-book your charter with a new client. If we are able to accomplish this, we will refund your payment in full.

Cancellation At Captain Skinner's Discretion
If the weather is inclement, or some other last minute event / emergency occurs Captain Skinner my have to cancel your charter. In the unlikely event that this happens we will refund your payment in full.

Charter Policies
Our fishing charters are intended for 4 (four) passengers. There will be an additional $50 charge for parties that exceed this 4 passenger limit.
The 4 person limitation DOES NOT apply to our family oriented Shelling And Sightseeing Charters.
